Hold to aim, let go as the ball reaches the plate. Hit it inside the small ring for a sweet-spot shot.

GAME LENGTH
The room creator picks the length and starts in the role picked above; the friend starts in the other. You switch sides every three outs. If the game is tied after the last inning it goes to extras. A pitcher who does not throw for 20 seconds forfeits.

GAME LENGTH (VS CPU)
Normal rules: no bottom half if the home side already leads, walk-offs end it, ties go to extras.
CPU PITCHER (WHEN YOU BAT)
Rookie throws slower and misses over the plate more. All-Star throws harder with sharper command.
CPU BATTER (WHEN YOU PITCH)
Rookie chases more and makes weaker contact. All-Star lays off bad pitches and hits it harder.
PITCH SPEED (WHEN YOU BAT)
Slows the ball in flight so timing is easier. Real is true game speed.
DISPLAY & SOUND
CPU levels only apply to games against the CPU. Changes take effect from the next pitch.
